All bookings made with Summitlaya Adventure are subject to this Refund Policy. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • Trip cancellation made within the allowed cancellation period
  • Cancellation by Summitlaya Adventure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disaster, safety issues)
  • Duplicate payment or billing error

3. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for partial refund depending on notice period.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are generally non-refundable.
  • Any bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Cancellation by Company

If Summitlaya Adventure cancels a trip due to safety, weather, or unavoidable circumstances:

  • Clients will be offered a full refund or alternative trip option.
  • We will not be responsible for additional personal expenses such as flights or visas.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking system.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • Client failure to show up on departure date
  • Violation of company rules or guide instructions
  • Early return from the trip due to personal reasons
  • Unused services during the trip
