Welcome to Summitlaya Adventure. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your trip.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Receiving required deposit or full payment
- Providing accurate personal and travel details
- Receiving official confirmation from Summitlaya Adventure
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Full payment must be completed before trip departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- All bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client
3. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid:
- Passport
- Visa (if required)
- Travel permits (for trekking regions if applicable)
Summitlaya Adventure is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid documents.
4. Health and Fitness
Clients must be physically and mentally fit for trekking or adventure activities. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions before booking.
5. Itinerary Changes
Summitlaya Adventure reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
Safety will always be our top priority.
6. Cancellation and No Show
- Cancellation policies apply as per our Refund Policy
- No-shows on departure date are strictly non-refundable
- Early return from the trip will not be eligible for refund
7. Liability
Summitlaya Adventure is not responsible for:
- Injuries or accidents during the trip
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Delays caused by weather, transport, or external factors
Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.
8.Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Accidents
- Trip cancellations
- Evacuation (if required)
9. Code of Conduct
Clients must:
- Respect local culture and traditions
- Follow guide instructions at all times
- Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and fellow travelers
Violation may result in termination of services without refund.
